1. The service
Ops++ provides software tools that help you configure and supervise AI-assisted business operations. You retain full responsibility for your business, your customers, and every action approved or executed through your workspace.
2. No guaranteed outcomes
Ops++ does not guarantee any business result, including revenue, lead volume, reviews, cost savings, or time savings. AI-generated content and recommendations may be inaccurate and must be reviewed before use.
3. Human oversight
Sensitive actions require human approval by design. You agree not to attempt to circumvent governance controls, and you remain responsible for actions taken by AI workers you configure and approve.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use Ops++ for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful activity, including spam or misrepresentation of AI-generated communications as required by applicable law.
5. Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed via Stripe. You can cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the paid period.
